Essential Booking Information

Here is some important information about our booking policies as well as useful information to help you best prepare for your treatment.

Essential Massage is open:

Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm

Available by Appointment Only

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment time.

Credit Card details are required at time of booking, unfortunately Diners and Amex cards are not accepted.

Please advise at time of booking if you have any allergies.

Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended.

Late arrivals to your appointment may result in reduced treatment times.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please advise via phone as soon as possible.

A cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment cost will be incurred with less than 48 hours notice.

A 20% surcharge is applied for all Public Holidays.
