Deep Tissue Massage
A treatment tailored toward your individual needs. Focusing on any areas of concern, long, soothing
strokes are applied to ease and lengthen the muscles prior to using firmer strokes and trigger point therapy to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia leaving you feeling lighter and moving more freely. Warm Balsat stones, magnesium oil and essential oils are used in this treatment. Magnesium oil is used to improve recovery of tired and sore muscles, offer relief from restless legs and cramps, and to calm the mind.

Relaxing Aromatic Facials
Feel the tension slip away as you enjoy this facial using organic and aromatic products made by IKOU in the Blue Mountains. Facial includes a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, masque (a scalp or hand massage while the masque is on), a serum, facial oil, eye cream, moisteriser and finishing off with a hydrating lip balm and face mist. A rose quartz facial Gua Sha is used to enhance the penetration and efficacy of the products. Your skin will be left feeling hydrated and glowing!

Fab Feet
This treatment will leave you feeling like you are walking on a cloud.

Let your feet soak in a warm magnesium bath followed by a gentle Himalayan salt scrub with peppermint essential oil and concluding with an aromatic, moisturising foot massage. (Please be advised there is not pedicure included in this service)
